I recently gave birth to my second child and am ready to
lose the baby weight. Before I got pregnant I weighed 125 (lean). I was at 15%
body fat. I am ready to get back to that. My goal is to lose about 12-15 lbs
and be tone again. I want to do this through weight training and high intensity
quick 20-30 minute cardio workouts. I also enjoy (well I did while I was
pregnant) spin class. I enjoy other things such as yoga too. However starting
out will be different than what I am used to because I am going back to work
and instead of working out on my lunch break which is what I normally do, I
will have to use that time for pumping as I am a breastfeeding mother. So, more
than ever I need the motivation to work out before and after work.
So here we go…….Let’s get sexy back!
