Diet

Breakfast-5 egg white omelet with spinach and
organic soy cheese,coffee in the morning with splenda and a bit of almond milk.

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Pizza with Cauliflower
Crust
We used peppers as the veggie toppings instead of squash. Make it your own! We also used organic low sugar sauce.

Snack: handful of almonds, 15 ranch rice
cakes, and green juice ( I made one for tonight and one for the next day. It
had 1 apple, one banana, kale, ½ lemon, ginger, spinach, 4 oz almond milk and
local honey for my allergies.)

Dinner: 1 chicken breast from leftover meal
from Thursday and peas

I was extremely hungry today. I can tell my
metabolism is getting faster. J

No workout today because we did yard work and
are painting our cabinets. Excuse? Yes. I am having trouble finding time with
two little ones; something I need to work on.
How did your cauliflower crust turn out? We made this and the crust was really soggy. Any tips? I really want to like this recipe!
ReplyDeleteMy husband said to make the riced cauliflower into a huge ball and squeeze over the sink to drain excess water. hope that helps!
