Workout: 15 minutes (note: struggling, very out of shape,
pushups were the hardest and it felt like a 30 minute workout. Afterwards I
felt faint 3 times and had bathroom issues later. I did too much for the first
day)

Diet:
·
Breakfast-5 egg white omelet with spinach and
organic soy cheese,coffee in the morning with splenda and a bit of almond milk.
·
Snack- protein bar (Brand: think thin) with
Water
·
Snack-cottage
cheese and small apple, Water
·
After workout: protein shake 2 scoops of optimum nutrition
whey protein with ice, tiny bit of almond milk sugar free, and a banana
blended, water
·
Dinner 96%-lean organic beef hamburger on one
piece of flourless bread (trader joes brand), water
Comments: I need motivation. I had to make myself workout.
Once finished I was happy. Anyone can work out for 15 minutes right?
